I'm boarding a plane from Las Vegas back to Los Angeles after spending the day at Matrix Destination, and I'm bursting with inspiration! I had the incredible opportunity to sit and chat with hairstylists from all over the country and talk about where we all draw inspiration from and how to take runway and editorial looks and translate them into wearable hairstyles for salon clients. It was such an amazing experience! I got to sit in on a few of the classes Matrix was offering and they were fantastic. My personal favorite was the "Inspire Me" class. I loved that they showed examples of inspiration boards and went around the room looking at everyone's boards. I say it all the time....but I am so happy to be on such a great career path. I love that Matrix put together this event for continued education in such a fun environment. I can't wait for the next one.

Mark, How wonderful that you enjoy so much filling us with inspiration. I have been in this industry for 17 years and can honestly say I have never been so PUMPED! Thanks to the whole Matrix team for all of your hard work and dedication to making the beauty industry perform at an ultimate level.

I'm so glad you guys enjoyed Matrix Destination. I was part of the staff in the "Inspire Me" classroom...A stylist in one of the group tables that I assited won a trip to the Matrix CRAFT Global Academy in NYC...It was my first time at this event & I enjoyed it....I can't wait for the next event...
