I did a very long day in the salon yesterday, and man are my feet killing me! And is it me, or is the last client of the day always the one with the thickest, coarsest hair? Thank heavens for my Spornette round brush and Vavoom Gold Heat Blow-In Control... or I might still be blowdrying that last client.
Interestingly, I saw that half of my clients were desperate for bang trims and the other half had decided to start growing their bangs out. Is the fringe trend slowing down?

Hello!
I have used Matrix Biolage Earth Tones, but my hairdresser told me that it has taken away from the selection. I wonder if you have someting like that in the selection. Please give me an answer as soon as possible.
A few weeks ago I was browsing through TV channels and suddenly you were on screen. I was shocked and felt happy and proud for you. We used to go to MHC School in Tampa together and I was fortunate to meet your WONDERFUL family. I only have amazing memories of those days.
I heard you are in New York? If so, please let me know so I can take you out for a drink or two. Congratulations on your success! Big, warm hug!

Hi Ing-Marie
I don't do color myself, so I'll ask the color pros at Matrix what you should use.
